Handmade Crochet Heirlooms

Jess’ Love Knots was created as a tribute to my Mom, who had a lifelong love for hearts. The first Jess’ Love Knots item ever sold was the plush heart. My Mom collected hearts in every form. From glass, kitchen items, wearables, even pennies with hearts cut out of them. Hearts were everywhere in my childhood home and so they became a quiet symbol of her warmth, love, and presence. We even had matching hearts tattooed on our bodies. 

Today, everything heart-shaped instantly brings her to mind.

Crocheting is one of the things I know she would have been deeply proud of, but creating these plush hearts holds a special meaning for me. Each stitch feels like a way to stay connected to her, to honor her memory, and to turn love into something tangible. These hearts are more than décor. They are made with intention, comfort, and remembrance.

Every plush heart is crafted with care, love, and the hope that it brings warmth, comfort, and a sense of connection into your home, just as my Mom’s heart-filled home once did for me.
